Understanding user perceptions of AI Notice
My role
This was a generative research project led by a senior researcher whom I supported. I conducted interviews with users regarding their perceptions of AI Notice.

Results
Over 3 weeks, I completed a number of interviews with users and synthesised the data in a shared analysis space. I generated insights on the data and gave recommendations to the UX Design teams delivered in a concise presentation.
Business Impact
The insights I generated as part of this research study informed updates to the company design guidelines which will have a direct impact on all SAP tools.

Reflection
I loved learning about user perceptions regarding AI Notice as the results surprised me deeply. I hope to drive the next round of evaluative research once the design team has brought my insights into the company’s AI tools.
